COG Tags 13 - Just after the discussion about going to the Stranded settlement you enter a room with metal stairs. Go down to the bottom floor and destroy the couch to find the COG Tags underneath it. Click here for an image of the location.
COG Tags 14 - Exit the room where the Corpser destroys part of the catwalk. After taking out the group of Wretches outside, go down the stairs and turn around. Walk towards the end of the alley to find the COG Tags on your right. Click here for an image of the location.
COG Tags 15 - When you reach the Stranded settlement, go straight past the entrance. Do not enter the settlement until after you've grabbed the COG Tags from behind the newspaper machines. Click here for an image of the location.
COG Tags 16 - After passing through the first checkpoint you'll go back outside and deal with a single Emergence Hole worth of enemies. Shoot a propane tank to the left of where the Emergence Hole was, then run over to the burning tank to find the COG Tags. Click here for an image of the location.
COG Tags 17 - After using the spotlight to escort Dom through the streets, bring the light all the way back to near where Dom began his run. Move back down to street level, dealing with the Wretches along the way, and find the COG Tags near a trashed vehicle. Click here for an image of the location.
