Travel across several large outdoor areas until you spot some dead COG soldiers from a bridge. Fight through a room of locust to get down to the soldiers and look for the Resonator.

Storm the entrance, which is swarming with Locust backed by a mounted Troika, then close up and Emergence Hold. Next, use the Troika to fend off some attacking Locust, then move inside.

Locate and rescue Cole, then continue through the facilities and use the Hammer of Dawn to defeat two Seeders.
