Why are the videos presented in so many different formats? StuckGamer used many different video formats to test file size, compatability, ease of creation and various other areas of consideration.

What video format are you using mostly right now? We have settled on the Windows Media format for the most part now, mostly because it creates the best looking videos at the smallest file size and the Windows Media Player is a completely free program for both Windows and Macintosh users.

Why won't the videos load/play correctly for me? If you're having trouble loading up our videos, please make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player and your web browser installed. If you aren't using Internet Explorer, you may want to try to view the site and videos with that browser as a last resort.
